The workshop runs 2.00 - 4.15pm including...

Restorative Yoga with Arlene... using bolsters and props the body is supported in all poses for release and relaxation.

Yoga Nidra with Sarah... guided meditation taking you into a state of deep rest accompanied by a soothing sound bath.

Please wear warm, cosy layers, much of the session will be in stillness. Mats, bolsters, blankets etc available for use or you're welcome to bring your own.

Continue the journey with uplifting kirtan heartsong... mantra meditation... the yoga of voice and music from 4.30 - 5.30pm with Sarah £5 drop in (accompanied children welcome for free!). For more details, contact or 07956 664702.

Join us for an enriching and nourishing full day of practice.

A day where women can come together and immerse themselves in the practices of Yoga, Mantra, Breathwork, Thai Yoga Massage & Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath. A day to help us feel grounded after the heat and demands of the summer, and transition into Autumn.

Come and enjoy being together with other women, and sharing a wonderful space. We are so happy to be collaborating together to offer you this unique day and to create something beautiful.

Yoga with Chrissie:

Hatha/Scaravelli Inspired Yoga and movement. A series of integrated movements that create freedom within the body, whilst allowing each student to move at their own pace. Suitable for all levels - An encouraging, supportive yoga practice, helping you to grow more positive and confident with aliveness & vitality. Accredited British wheel of yoga teacher.

Thai Yoga Massage with Arlene:

Come and enjoy and also learn to give a 30 minute Thai Yoga massage. There's no need to bring a partner, your'll pair up with someone in the group and learn techniques to release tension and benefit from the free flow of energy that this holistic practice yields. Well suited to women, Thai yoga massage is a practice of connection and intuition that promotes spaciousness in the body and nurtures our energy, leaving us feeling supple and calm. After working in pairs you will spend 30 minutes learning Thai Yoga self-massage and breathing techniques, ending with a short relaxation to embrace and hone these nurturing practices.... Think of it as a take-away toolkit to learn how to cocoon yourself and emerge restored.

Yoga nidra & Sound Bath with Sarah:

Yoga nidra is a systematic meditative visualisation practice. Lie or sit and be guided into this state of deep relaxation. Sarah will then bathe you in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, koshi chimes and more. Deep rest for the body, mind and nervous system.

All equipment is available for you to use (bring your own if you prefer).

Please bring vegetarian food to share for lunch
